Quinoa Breakfast Muffins

Hey there,
the first recipe of my blog are going to be these yummie quinoa breakfast muffins. They are one of my favourite things to eat for breakfast. One muffin keeps me filled up until lunch and is also very healthy. It is low in carbs and has no "bad fats". I love the muffins so much for breakfast because you don't have to prepare anything in the morning you just grab one and enjoy it. That's why I often do these muffins on sundays (like today), so I have them already done for the rest of the week.
I hope you enjoy them like I do!
